The Integral System of Spanish Tourism Quality in Destinations (SICTED) is a project to improve the quality of destinations promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism, with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which seeks to achieve a homogeneous level of quality in the services offered at a destination, with the aim of improving the experience and satisfaction of tourists.
Obtaining the “Commitment to Tourism Quality” award recognizes the efforts made by the establishments participating in the project. The badge is the support that certifies compliance with the requirements established in the methodology and recognizes the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while distinguishing the company or service from the competition.
Our municipality has been a SICTED destination since 2017 and has a total of 32 distinguished establishments and services.
